A place to call home

Just a 20-minute drive from downtown Buffalo and 45 minutes from Niagara Falls, East Aurora is packed with distinctive attractions. It boasts a rich history as the former home to U.S. President Millard Fillmore and Elbert Hubbard. Living in East Aurora offers residents the best of both worlds - a spacious suburban feel and the pride of homeownership. This town also houses the National Historic Landmark Roycroft Inn, several cafes, boutiques and restaurants along with nearby parks perfect for hiking and biking during the warm weather months, and cross country skiing during winter months.

Recreation and things we love to do.

Just a brief westward drive brings you to Orchard Park and all the excitement of Buffalo Bills' football. Kissing Bridge slopes are a short 20 minute drive south where there are year round outdoor activities to enjoy. On the border of East Aurora, Knox Farm State Park is a beautiful landscape that offers enjoyment for all four seasons on miles of man-made trails, including biking, hiking, and cross-country skiing. The additional dog park area with separate sections for larger and smaller dogs makes it even more enjoyable for pet owners. A historic mansion that hosts many events also sits on this property. The Classic Rink venue runs at full capacity from October through March and provides summer programming for off-ice recreational activities ranging from lacrosse to flag football and also many community events.

Dining and retail therapy.

Vidler's, the largest old-fashioned 5 cent & 10 cent store in the world, is just one of Main Street's many attractions. This strip is also dotted with local boutiques and specialty shops, along with well-known bakeries like the Blue Eyed Baker and Elm Street Bakery. To complete your visit, you can enjoy a meal at The Roycroft Inn or Rick's restaurant.
